I usually stick to big chains, but H&L’s superior reviews won me over. I’m glad they did. This locally owned company offers a personal touch that you just don't get with corporate franchises.

The process was transparent and stress-free: airport pickup was prompt, the car was in excellent condition, and there was zero high-pressure upselling. The price stayed exactly as quoted. To top it off, when our taxi didn't show for the return trip, they personally drove me to the airport. Highly recommended.

We rented a KIA Soul. Service was excellent: we have been picked up at our hotel up to their office for the car delivery. I booked only 1 driver but we were offered the 2nd driver for free.
The car was absolutely ok. On the day of return, we brought the car back to their office and we have got a free passage to the airport.
The price was absolutely competitive compared to other rental companies:
I was looking about the insurances and liabilities for weeks... at the end they came with the best proposal.
..and not to forget their courtesy and smile...
Definitely, I advise H&L car rental.
